Pros
Package seems very attractive but as soon as we enter we can conclude that is not rewarding foe the work hours and no career progression. Salary bands always changing year by year according with company desire.
Cons
Organizational culture very outdated, seems from industrial era (command & control management, fight or die). No collaboration, company works by silos, each person trying to survive. Not a good leardership culture, very opressive and authoritive. Training not enough and when it happens, it is not good for people development. Progress being validated by personal biases. High turnover which can explain the number of job vacancies always available.
