Pros

•great benefits • good pay • routine can be expected

Cons

• SCO is not functional and the customers hate you for being overly attentive when they don’t want it and hate you for being busy when they need help • no regular cashier allowed at my location, the lanes are more for decor than they are to be used for cashiering • store managers get to sit in the break room on their phones while you get berated by customers all day • all supervisors just got demoted. the “lead” position is a joke.
