Pros

There's a discount card, sick pay

Cons

The job is quite boring. You have to wear a headset and listen to a woman drone on telling you where to go whilst picking the items required for your order. And you have to do that at speed cause you have a pick rate to achieve which is quite high, this can be at bit stressful. Plus communication is lacking. So if you don't mind the boredom and the stress and one break per shift this could be the job for you!!! Plus your not allowed to use mobile phones on site but if your an manager you can, one rule for one but not other!
