Pros

- good pay - extensive training - relatively flexible hours depending on the number of hours you are contracted to work and how humane your managers happen to be - good quality uniform

Cons

- the work can be physically exhausting - depending on the issue, they can be a bit slow in sorting out any issues you might have (like getting a better fitting uniform or similar logistical issues)

Pros

Salary is reasonable and working towards being a duty manager will add to that salary. However the duty manager role puts alot of responsibility on you for very little reward.

Cons

Shift hours and if you don't get on with your team you are going to have problems.
