Pros

Salary and benefits are ahead of the competition. Multinational company - option to relocate, especially to USA where just expanded to. Experienced senior managers, clear communication.

Cons

Lack of training, changes in training plans. Seems to be a high level of customer assistant turnover and some levels of senior management. Difficultly to recruit and lack of input in recruitment process. Lack of hours.

Pros

The pros to being an ASM at Lidl UK is: the money is good; actually a good business to work for, very efficient and in regards to retailers they are business-minded.

Cons

Not enough staff, I spend most of my time either working stock or sat on a till, which for someone who gets paid a salary, is ridiculous.
