Opportunity to travel abroad to train, very high salary for employees with very little experience

Cons

All European upper management - meaning many decisions are made which are wrong for the American market.

Pros

Overall company policy seems great Lots of resources to encourage a healthy work life balance Mental health hotline Free water bottle and filtered water in workplace Free fruit but not actually carried out by managers in most places Good hourly rate and holiday premium

Cons

Area managers will lie and cheat to motivate employees and management Unrealistic expectations with regards tasks in time allowed Everyone is just covering their tracks and making it look like their job is being done Loyalty to staff is non existent
