Pros

- Big responsibility from day 1 even in a junior position - Young team with fresh ideas and motivation - Variety of projects to work on

Cons

- Pen and paper company - no flexibility in schedules, no work from home. Reluctancy to purchase new softwares that would make everyone´s life easier. - Some senior managers are not good leaders and change and progress of projects sometimes becomes slow and painful
