Pros

The pay is good. Variety of work keeps you busy and moving. It very much suits people who like to get stuck in and keep busy. Hard work is rewarded and management try to listen and adapt rota to the individual ( within reason ) Training is encouged and was organised and detailed, unlike others where you just shadow someone else.

Cons

Expect to work hard. Lots of moving, lifting and tidying. Idle chat and dossing about do not exist. Early starts and late finishes. It’s not for everyone The store is a bit cold for me and other females
