Pros

Friendly and fun staff, always a social event going on. Brings in extra cash that you need. Plenty of chance to progress within the company.

Cons

Sometimes it's a case of same old same old. Managers are typically friendly, however a bad day will often show throughout the store. Till chairs, don't support the taller person, like myself.

Pros

Find it difficult to think of the pros from this company, however the induction day was good/informative.

Cons

If you want a good work/life balance do not work here. Expect to start work at 4am in majority of stores. Other assistant managers will stand on your neck in order to look good. The salaries look attractive, but when you actually work out how many hours you work, your salary actually is below minimum wage. Also expect to move stores a lot, I done the job for 4 months and got moved to 3 different stores.

Pros

You get great pay (above minimum wage), flexible hours, 10 percent discount in store. Plenty options for progression in store.

Cons

Early morning starts (5am), a lot of time pressure to work deliveries and undertake other duties as well, constantly busy.
