Pros

Keeps you constantly busy. Shifts go quick. Managers are good. Expect you to work hard but give you respect when you do. Good salary, pay has always been correct. They also provide a good training program and progression opportunity's.

Cons

Only 2 major cons really the first is the lack of 40 hour contracts available for customer assistants and the second is the fact you don't get any kind of premium for working bank holidays.

Pros

Good structure to progression possibilities, but time span was extremely long. the salary is good, above the average. the work is good for anyone who values fitness

Cons

Extreme hard word, companies philosophy left a lot to be desired with regards to work life balance. it could take years to progress, and progression to senior management requires a degree
