Pros

Pay is great, opportunities for progression, simplicity of procedures.

Cons

Can be too simple, coming from larger retailers/more experienced retailers, hours are always long, no choice in which store you move to, your radius stated means you can be put anywhere at anytime within that radius. Shifts constantly changing, effecting work life balance.
