Pros

Great wages, paid on time, very strict policies and procedures that have to be 100% adhered to. Amazing opportunity lo learn about food retailing and stock control. Very structured agenda to every day and plenty more to be expected every day... A challenge not for fait hearted

Cons

Prepare for unsociable hours, back to back shifts close-open and at the time extremely tight personnell budgets. The stora manager's role is very much 'hands on'. So, if you believe your education prepared you for shifting stock from several pallets on the daily basis - that's what you get.
