Pros

The pay rate is the average/above average of the market and, if you land at a store with good management, things are easier. Also, most colleagues are helpful since all of you may do labor work.

Cons

Many times the clients can be offensive and you have to endure them. Also, most work is labor and lifting weighs. The products must me placed in the shelves in time and a level of anxiety exists.

Sometimes really busy especially around holidays. Also if it’s a big delivery sometimes you are on a time crunch. And may not finish everything that day
