Pros

Great team of coworkers, wonderful management that not only listen but care to ask how you are and where they can help improve the environment, always felt recognized and motivated to give my energy in return, great matching benefits

Cons

Some coworkers had questionable intentions but discomfort is managed very well on the inside and I felt extremely protected, hours started to dwindle due to store performance with competing chains but they made a huge effort to take care of their people, had I not had to leave for personal reasons I would have very happily stayed with the company
