      Pros

      They offered great insurance when I started working here. Childcare.

      Cons

      Payment is not great but healthcare kind of helped. Unfortunately, they keep taking health insurance benefits away, not improving salaries. There's a long waiting list for childcare.

      Coworkers, feedback culture, family minded, your boss and coworkers will support you through anything, great way to get your foot in the door for design, diversity, tons of jobs available for permanent job!

      Cons

      Feedback culture isn't for everyone, competitive program so job security is not concrete

      Everything you're read about Life.Church is true it really is as good as it sounds. I get to work in a high feedback, caring, and fun environment with the smartest people in the world. Life.Church not only cares about its mission but also our families. The benefits get better every year.
