      Pros

      During my time at Life.Church, I've been able to build a number of trusted and deep relationships with coworkers, as well as contribute to something that impacts lives.

      Cons

      The environment is incredibly fast-paced. This is communicated throughout the interview process though, and there is a lot of grace extended for rest.

      Working for Life.Church you will be cared for and lead so well. It is a place where you have many opportunities to grow, develop and be the best leader possible.

      Cons

      After 12+ years of working at this place, I don't know of any cons. It is a place where feedback will be given and you get to grow!
