Pros

The leadership of the church truly cares about me and my family. They don't just say it but they show it with the flexibility that is extended, the benefits are given, and the opportunities for development that are continually offered.

Cons

Moving away from our extended family to step into our calling at Life.Church.

Pros

I love how encouraging, supportive and fun it is to work here. The standard of excellence is refreshing, and the trust given is encouraging.

Cons

You will face spiritual warfare when you're doing something that matters for eternity!

Pros

1. Staff members are passionate about the mission of Life.Church. 2. Staff families are integrated and equally supported in life. 3. Unmatched culture of growth, development, trust, and fun! 4. Growth, belief, and investment in people of all walks of life. 5. Leadership is humble, hungry, and smart.

Cons

1. If you only find success by always being the Team All-Star, then the capacity and potential of each staff member will make it challenging to always “stand out.” 2. If it's a challenge for you to trust people willingly, and you believe others must earn your trust, then working here will be hard. 3. If you think you‘re an expert and have learned all you need to know to be successful, working at Life would be a con for you. 4. If you want a six-figure paying job, then working here won't get you there. 5. If you like to keep personal and professional completely separate, then working at Life.Church would be unsuccessful because as followers of Christ, the staff team cares about your wellbeing not just your performance.
