      I love my coworkers

      Pros

      When I go into the office, I can be almost certain that I will have a positive and meaningful interaction with a coworker or leader. It's also very hard to NOT grow personally and professionally while on the team.

      Cons

      Since the mission is so important, it can be easy to fall into the trap of believing rest isn't justified. With wisdom and humility, this can be overcome.

      Pros

      I have been working here for a year now and love being at Lifechurch. I have been developed, challenged, and supported in more ways than any other place I have worked. Not only is this a place that continues to slow me to grow, but it is a place that I feel connected and valued to be at.

      Cons

      LifeChurch has high expectations. I, personally, appreciate that, but it could be difficult for people who aren’t used to that kind of accountability

      Leadership that's the real deal

      Pros

      When you join the team at Life.Church, trust is freely given, and that's not the case at many places. This is a place where who you are as a person is as important as the work that you do.

      Cons

      We move fast and change is a constant. We're also a high feedback culture, and that can take some adjusting to.
