      As a team lead, I feel incredibly empowered by my leader to execute with excellence. I am resourced, invested in, and trusted to own my role and lead my team toward our goals. I so appreciate the level of trust and intentionality my leaders and peers have toward me as I continue to learn and grow in my personal and spiritual life, and in my leadership.

      Interview process that not only vets potential hires for right fit, but also creates an experience that is caring and gives opportunity for growth and greater self awareness; Life.Church leadership invests in its team members in every way - I am a better mom, wife, friend, pastor and follower of Christ; incredible benefits; lots of opportunities for growth and learning opportunities; an organization that has integrity and the culture supports values; expectations are clear; it is a FUN place to work!

      If you struggle with constant feedback - that will make working here difficult, expectations are clear but also high, pace can sometimes feel tiring
