      I love working at Life.Church because I am constantly being developed personally and professionally. I love getting to be a part of the greatest mission of leading people to become fully devoted followers of Christ!

      It's not easy, but worth it!

      Pros

      The focus on the mission. Aligning values. Focus on development and feedback. Great benefits and flexible time off.

      Cons

      As the organization grows, more layers of leadership are added, so you have to rely on your leader and leader's leader to communicate information and carry the culture. Some progress is lightning fast, while other processes take more time to get all the right people on board.
