      Pros

      Life.Church cares about you as a person and the overall health of you and your family, first and foremost. It has a strong, positive culture and is an energizing and fast-paced workplace where teamwork is a priority/comes naturally.

      Cons

      You work a lot. I currently work six days and that can make quality time with family hard to come by.

We definitely don’t have it all down yet, but we are always trying to get better at making sure that the time you spend outside the office with family and friends is as fruitful and fulfilling as the time you get to invest at work.       Pros

      Work life balance is incredible and the mission is unifying. We are all on the same page all the time. The span of care from our campus pastor is unparalleled. He is phenomenal, but we know that it isn't just him but it starts from the very top. I know that my family matter, and I am encouraged to grow as a leader and pastor daily. We have a front row seat at seeing life change every single day and there is nothing better than that!
