      Pros

      I’ve never had more opportunities to grow. I’ve only been on staff a few years and I feel like I’ve learned at least a decade of ministry skills. The people you work with are strong and incredible leaders.

      Cons

      If you aren’t great at self organization, this could be a hard place to work.
