      Life.Church is the best organization I have ever worked for. The IT Team, where I work, is just incredible. They go above and beyond to fulfill any request in the 36 campuses and in Central.

      Pros

      Love working somewhere where I can build the church and his ministry, as well as have fun with the people I love. I also love that I receive development that has pushed me to not only be a better employee, but a better follower of christ.

      Pros

      Everyone here has a shared vision. Because of that, we pull together instead of push our own agendas. Leadership geniuniely cares for the staff team and families. From the flexible schedule to the amazing benefits, it is obvious you are a priority and "part of the family". You will work hard and have to sacrifice but it so worth it when you see orthers being impacted by the Gospel. I love being a part of something bigger than myself.

      Cons

      While I love it, the culture may not be a fit for everyone. It is very fast paced and things can and will change.This can play out in a varity of ways. For example, you may be working on a goal or project for months that later turns our to not be so relevant. You have to be willing to find the success in it, fail forward, and be intrinsically motviated.
