      If you have a hard time receiving critical feedback, you may have a hard time being on staff. Feedback is given consistently.

      Thank you for your feedback. You’re right on target when you say we are a high-feedback culture—and we have to be willing to welcome the negative as well as the positive. Our mission is to lead people to become fully-devoted followers of Christ, and we can’t afford to chase anything less than excellence in pursuit of that mission. That’s why we always value feedback and seek people who value it, too. We believe that, without high feedback, we won’t be able to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually.       Pros

      Great people to work with. Love the lord and treat you with respect. Very happy and relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      I really cannot think of any cons. There were not benefits but it was only a pert time position so that never really was an expectation. And you know that going into the position.

      Life.Church is carries a missional mindset that guides all decisions and sets an outstanding culture for the people that work here. We truly get to be a part of the most fun, leadership driven, inspirational place to work.

      Cons

      Life.Church is a fast pace culture. We understand that sacrifice is a part of the mission of our church and sometimes those sacrifices include longer work weeks or even moving into new communities.
