Pros
Our mission and values are so clear and there is unity around those. It's truly so special to be part of. You will feel fulfilled and have many opportunities to grow as a leader, spouse, friend, and most importantly as a follower of Christ! Our staff and leadership truly care about each other and that makes serving together (especially on the tough days) really impactful.
Cons
This isn't a con for me, but I feel like it's important to say that you need to be ready and committed to doing the work. There will be days that leave you feeling like you poured everything out, so be ready to fill yourself with the Word, community and to find your assurance in Christ.
