      Pros

      The mission to reach people for Christ drives everything we do. I absolutely love the team I get to serve with, the relationships I've built, the leadership that's been poured into me, and most importantly the opportunity to use my gifts to love and lead people to Jesus. There's just nothing like serving God at Life.Church!

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of anything that's a con. We are a high feedback culture so that takes some getting used to. But, when you realize the purpose is to make you better, it's totally worth it and becomes second nature and even something you seek out.

      The culture of Life.Church is the best part. It's a place where we will do anything short of sin to reach people who don't know Christ.

      Cons

      The pace of ministry and feedback is not for the faint of heart. This is the olympic team of pastors. Make sure your trained up, strong, and healthy!

      Our mission drives culture and life change. I have grown so much as a follower of Christ, husband, leader, and better person. Leadership isn't about me, it's about others and working at LifeChurch, I've seen it over and over again that's why I love this place!

      Cons

      It is very fast past, if you can't keep up you will be left behind. We can't stop and won't stop.
