Pros

Work life balance is incredible and the mission is unifying. We are all on the same page all the time. The span of care from our campus pastor is unparalleled. He is phenomenal, but we know that it isn't just him but it starts from the very top. I know that my family matter, and I am encouraged to grow as a leader and pastor daily. We have a front row seat at seeing life change every single day and there is nothing better than that!

The vision and values of Life.Church are so consistent. I love that values and vision of the church actually help the staff make informed decisions. The benefits are fantastic! Over the years the upper leadership has consistently put in time and effort to help bring support to the team members and their families. The leadership development, personal growth, and opportunity to utilize your strengths on a daily basis is unmatched.

Can be fast-paced; depending on the campus location there can be wider distinctions on what makes up Life.Church culture and the individualized campus culture.

Life.Church is an incredible place to work, every day I am allowed to step into what I am passionate about and challenged to grow in many areas of development. I couldn't ask for better teammates and a culture that the team has created. The mission drives the passion of everyone on the team and I am grateful to work here and help build God's kingdom through the local church!
