      Pros

      I love working here! I have a fantastic team that are fully capable of their roles and responsibilities. I am able to focus and use my gifts and talents to further the Kingdom and have a great family work balance.

      Cons

      Life.Church is a high feedback environment. It is a great tool used to grow us as leaders and I love it but some people have to get used to it at the beginning.

      Pros

      I’ve never worked anywhere that cared about it’s staff as much as Life.Church does. It’s actually jaw dropping at times. That is in regards to leadership training, growth opportunities, and benefits. They really work hard to show they care about you and even your family’s physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

      I can’t think of any.
