      Pros

      Everyone here has a shared vision. Because of that, we pull together instead of push our own agendas. Leadership geniuniely cares for the staff team and families. From the flexible schedule to the amazing benefits, it is obvious you are a priority and "part of the family". You will work hard and have to sacrifice but it so worth it when you see orthers being impacted by the Gospel. I love being a part of something bigger than myself.

      Cons

      While I love it, the culture may not be a fit for everyone. It is very fast paced and things can and will change.This can play out in a varity of ways. For example, you may be working on a goal or project for months that later turns our to not be so relevant. You have to be willing to find the success in it, fail forward, and be intrinsically motviated.

      -Mission -Development -Culture -Flexibility -Feedback -Benefits I love that every day I get to live out my calling that God has placed in me and I get to work with the best of the best while doing it. In Technology Solutions we're not just a team, we're family. There's not a week that goes by that someone doesn't ask me how I'm doing, about my family, or my development. My leader has consistently invested in me, encouraged me, and pushed me to continue to grow both personally and professionally.       I don't just complete a job here. I'm not just checking boxes every day I get to live out what I believe is my purpose on earth.

      You get to see the highest highs and the lowest lows. If you're ready to cry, sweat and bleed for your passion, you'll find friends here.
