      - Everyone who works here is passionate and driven to help the organization succeed. - Management is top-notch and goes over-the-top to take care of everyone who works here. - Each department from the top down is mission-focused and does an amazing job in their respective areas. - Benefits are better than that offered by most other companies out there - Motivating and inspiring environment that always re-energizes me every day

      The environment may not be for everyone. Everyone working here has a passion and drive to help the overall mission and vision of the organization, and if you aren't fully committed, you will likely not succeed.

      Pros

      I could have never imagined when starting my career that I would work at a place where I would grow so much as a person and leader, make such a global impact that continues to expand, be a part of such a healthy work culture, work with some of the best driven leaders, fulfill my personal calling, and love my job. I am beyond blessed to be a part of this team, this church, and this mission...and we are just getting started.

      Cons

      The growth is continual. The mission is monumental. Team members are fully empowered to lead their area and themselves. These are not a cons but they do require constant intentionality around leading through and managing your energy and time.

      I am constantly challenged in my current role and am given so many opportunities to stretch myself. Our team is made up of proactive problem solvers who also strive to do their best.

      Cons

      If you need specific instructions and can't self-lead then working here might be tough.
