      Pros

      Working for and with people who truly care about you as a person, not just as an employee. Getting to live out my calling and passion - EVERYDAY! Contributing, not just working, for something so much bigger than myself. FUN! Leadership development. I am not the same person I was.

      Sometimes long work hours. Must be intentional with family/life balance

      Pros

      There are so many positives to working at Life.Church. The most notable though is being a part of an organization that is so focused and intentional with its mission, "To lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ". I have never been a part of an organization where the employer cares more about the employee and their families! From leadership development to benefits to on job development, those in leadership postions at Life.Church do an incredible job pushing people to be the best they can be and providing for their staff at every step.

      I can not think of anythinig negative about my work experiences at Life.Church!
