      Pros

      Being a part of such a mission-driven organization where everything is aligned so that people meet Jesus! Not only are those on the team valued, we are developed to be what Christ has called us to be.

      Cons

      It's not for everybody, the pace is fast and feedback is frequent. There are only two options to keep moving forward...either grow or go.

      Your leadership will grow exponentially!!! Great place to not only add value to an incredible mission, to reach people for Christ, you will also grow and develop as a leader.

      I struggle to find anything to say that is a con. This place is amazing.

      Pros

      Not only do you get to work for the Kingdom and feel like every day you are fulfilling your opportunity to serve God in an amazing capacity, but you get to work with the most amazing people. They care so deeply for you and spend so much time investing and developing you. Your life will be so greatly impacted.

      Cons

      You will never want to leave this place.
