Pros

There is no place that I would rather live out my calling than here at Life.Church. God is doing amazing things through this ministry and it is an honor to get a front row seat to it all. This is an organization that genuinely cares about it employees and their family's. The development opportunites are top notch. The compensation and benefits are beyond anything I could imagine from an employer. It is empowering to know that when I wake up each day I look forward to going to work and making a difference.

Pros

I have had nothing but a positive experience from the time I submitted my application for employment. The interview process was thorough and enjoyable. I can tell this company puts a lot of thought and value into who they hire to work for them. Since starting, I have been met with nothing but amazing people all the way up to the top!

Cons

The only con I can think about was having to learn a lot more technological applications, but they were very accommodating in teaching me.
