6yThank you for your feedback! You’re right: The work we’re called to do is demanding! We believe it’s the most important work we can do here on Earth. To do that work, it’s crucial to steward our time, energy, and resources well, and we encourage our staff members to do that in a variety of ways to avoid burnout. We do rely heavily on volunteers to help push our mission forward because we know a church is not a building. We are the church and we know the local church is the hope of the world. There is nothing better than serving God with people you love. We do track numbers because we know every number has a name, every name has a story, and every story matters to God. We provide very competitive benefits, and we offer a wide variety of learning opportunities to help team members make the most of what God has given them. We’re sorry your experience working here wasn’t as excellent as it could have been.
