Cons

You need to be a good culture fit and passionate about our mission to make it here. The pace is fast and rigorous, and you'll be expected to do whatever it takes. If you aren't called to this, then you won't be happy here. If you're willing to work hard to reach people for Jesus, then it's the best job in the world.

To do that work, it’s crucial to steward our time, energy, and resources well, and we encourage our staff members to do that in a variety of ways to avoid burnout. We rely heavily on volunteers to help push our mission forward, we provide very competitive benefits, and we offer a wide variety of learning opportunities to help team members make the most of what God has given them.
