      Pros

      This place is the best place to be whether you work here or not. Everyone motivates each other while working for the same mission, of leading people towards Christ. You leave this place better professionally, spiritually, and pastorally.

      Cons

      This is a 24 hour job where you can always be called to pastor someone. This could be tiring but this is honestly a blessing in disguise.

      Life.Church truly values their employees. I have felt so empowered, encouraged and cared for by my co-workers. I am grateful for the leadership development, friendships and common mission. I could not imagine working anywhere better.

      There can be a learning curve to understand the importance of organizing your schedule.
