      I can't imagine a more powerful mission and purpose to be part of and our leadership is top-notch.

      Cons

      Because of how passionate we are in our mission, it can be all-consuming at times.

      Pros

      There is so much passion and intentionality to live and carry out our mission on a daily basis. We are given the freedom to dream and lead ourselves, others, and our ministries. The leadership invests in the the spiritual, physical, emotional well-being of each staff member. I've never been in a place where so much opportunity to grow has been made available.

      Cons

      I've been a pastor for my entire occupational career so I can only compare this church with other churches that I've served. I love it and would never want to serve or work at another place.
