      Pros

      I love getting to use my gifts and skills for a mission that matters to me alongside people who aren't afraid to dig in and really do life with me. I'm able to make a difference while growing professionally, learning how to give and receive honest feedback, and encouraged to innovate. I also appreciate how intentional my leaders are to see me growing personally. They genuinely care about my mental and emotional health and the health of my family. Working at Life.Church is a dream come true!

      I can't personally think of any cons at working at Life.Church. I know if you're not flexible or not willing to continue to grow and improve, you won't be comfortable here.
