      Pros

      The mission has been consistent as long as I've been here, but we are willing to change HOW we do what we do to accomplish that mission. The staff culture is one of trust and development. We believe the best in each other and are willing to give and receive feedback necessary to grow to accomplish the mission. Fun! When you hire people based on a set of values and a passion for the mission, you have created an environment where the expectation is to work really hard and support each other, which makes it really really fun! The compensation is generous. We are well taken care of.

      I have been here a long time and I honestly can't think of any cons. Literally, zero.

      Pros

      It is an absolutely incredible feeling to get to come to work every single day, knowing that I am making a lasting global impact so much greater than that I could make myself.

      Cons

      You have to be fully bought in. There is an incredibly strong culture and if you don't embrace it fully, it can be hard to keep up.

      I love that we are challenged daily, supported through each challenge, and provided feedback along the way that makes me a better leader. The mission of God is always at the forefront of what we do!

      Cons

      The pace on staff is not for everyone.

      We agree with you: Life.Church is a fast-paced environment! We definitely don’t have it all down yet, but we are always trying to get better at making sure that the time you spend outside the office with family and friends is as fruitful and fulfilling as the time you get to invest at work.
