Pros

Healthy organizational structure that begins at the top with clear vision, strong leadership values and passion for our mission. Strong culture for developing high-capacity, innovative, servant leaders that are mission focused. Family comes first above all else. Marriages are nurtured, valued and guarded. Life.Church is an innovative environment with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness and keeping things simple. There is little to no red tape and this allows for focused momentum in all areas. Trust is freely given. Accountability is expected. Feedback is what we eat for breakfast. You will thrive at Life.Church if you are mission focused, willing to sacrifice and approach leadership with humility. Leadership cares deeply for every team member. Individual opinion matters and is always heard. Over time you will reach a point of deep desire to "guard the house".

Cons

This is not your typical place to work. The meek need not apply. You can't go it alone. We are stronger together. If you like to work in isolation, this is not the place for you.

Pros

I enjoy working at Life.Church because you have full permission from your leadership (at the highest to the lowest level) to continue to work on your personal development. That includes personally (spiritually, mentally, emotionally, financially) and professionally (certifications, leadership, education, relationally) all while being part of the greatest mission on earth - to leverage technology to reach people no one is reaching.

Cons

This is an intense work environment, meaning that you have to have a significant amount of personal responsibility over your role, your impact on the organization, and how you are relating to those around you. It's difficult for the immature or those unwilling to grow and work hard to succeed at this organization. Personally, I have been challenged in numerous areas around development, but I wouldn't be as encouraged without that kind of support, either. It requires everyone to have a growth mentality and be willing to accept and offer feedback.

Pros

There is a great development culture. If you want to get feedback, grow, and learn to be a better leader, this is a fantastic place to work. I would not be the leader or wife I am today without this place. They truly care for you! I love that I get to use my skills to further the Kingdom.

Cons

My role is more of a 8am-5pm schedule. My husband is also on staff and works at a campus and his schedule is all over the place. It can be difficult at times to navigate his schedule and prioritize family time. At the same time, there is nothing else we would rather do! We have learned to navigate those seasons with support and wisdom from leaders and friends.
