      Pros

      I appreciate the quick pace with which LC moves. As leaders we are allowed to be innovative and allowed to take business risks that further the ministry. The personal growth that is initiated when you fully embrace the culture is phenominal.

      Cons

      The role of women within LC has been minimalized. As long as you focus on who you are in Christ this will not affect you.

      This is a Church that has an incredible mission. They care for their people well. There are so many checks and balances in place to make sure it is a great place to work and an healthy environment to grow.

      Cons

      The schedule can be busy but it is. also a reflection that there is alot of amazing growth happening in the church which requires more from us in a really good way!
