      Pros

      Wonderful medical benefits. Onsite child care at the Central office that is high quality. Leadership and teams are genuinely caring. Focus on development, professionally and personally.

      Cons

      It is a very fast paced environment with high expectations. The pay is on par with non-profit organizations, but is lower than most companies.

      Pros

      The best leadership. I get to do what I love everyday, and I am constantly challenged to be better. I am given all the tools I need to excel and grow. I believe in our mission. I have fun at work because I work with the best people. The benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      If you are not willing to be uncomfortable, self aware and to give/receive feedback - this is not the organization for you.
