      Pros

      It's so great being able to work toward the most important mission with people you love! There are so many opportunities for leadership development and personal development. We are consistently being poured into, challenged, and encouraged. Our benefits are unbeatable, and my family is so thankful for them! It's amazing to work for an organization that cares so much and so well for its employees! After relocating 750 miles from home, this team has truly become an extension of our family!

      Cons

      It's easy to get sucked in when you love doing your job; work/life balance can be difficult if you don't have a system in place to prevent burnout!

      There aren't many places where you get to use your God-given skills in ministry and to impact the Kingdom. We get to see God move in people's lives. The team is top-notch, and brings their best each day. It's inspiring to work alongside so many incredible people.

      Cons

      We are very fast-paced and things can change quickly. It can be hard for some people to adjust to.
