      The vision and mission are ingrained in everything we do. Every day I wake up excited to be here. I am loved, valued, and get to use my strengths. This is not just a job -- it's a calling!

      Cons

      We work long hours, nights, and weekends. If you are not fully bought in to what God is doing at Life.Church, this is not the place for you.

      Pros

      I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live out my passion! The campus staff is more like a family and everyone... literally everyone on staff wants you to grow. Because of the culture we have here, my family is stronger, my faith is deeper, my finances are better and my leadership is sharper.

      Cons

      If you don’t like empowering people, working hard, and having continual feedback to help you grow as a person and a leader this is not the place for you.
