      * Being part of such an incredible (and clear) mission/vision * Humor and fun are encouraged * Emphasis on setting clear expectations * We care deeply about people and families * Personal development is encouraged, and opportunities provided * Training, travel, development, conferences - we don't expect people to improve solely in their "off hours"

      Cons

      * Not a place to "settle into" and get lazy * Changes happen, (usually following a positive momentum!)... But some folks may not be comfortable outside of a very fixed routine.

      Low stress environment, high creativity, positive feedback, familial vibe, inclusion of all family members in the org, caring leaders, genuine people who want to connect with you. There really are a lot of wonderful pros to this place.

      Cons

      Sometimes there will be a change and the ramifications of that change won't be fully realized until implementation.
