Pros

Great feedback culture. Growth opportunities.

Cons

The owning your own development culture is something I love and thrive in but I have seen others struggle with the idea.

Pros

The leadership here is incredible. I feel valued as an employee and I feel like the team invests in me. Not just the team in Kansas, but also the central team. Personal growth and personal health is really important and treated as such. Excellence is a key component of everything done here. There is always room for improvement and they lead you through that.

Cons

So far, I have found no downsides to working at Life.Church.

Pros

At Life.Church you are contunually growing in your capacity. We're so passionate about finding the right place for the right people that you have space to learn new things and discover talents you maybe didn't know you had. All they while you're continuing to hone those abilities and apply them to a mission everyone is so passionate about. You are challenged, offered feedback, and allowed to develop as a leader and a contributor to the global Church. You work with people that become like family because all are devoted to the same cause of leading others to become fully devoted followers of Christ. Family is so important and Life.Church recognizes and honors that. While we put in long hours at times, we understand that a healthy home life is necessary to your health and the mission to which we are all called. Life.Church invests in its staff, unlike any other organization I've ever been a part of. If you're here, you will be challenged to grow and to become better in all areas of your life. We sharpen each other and care for each other.

Cons

In ministry, you cannot and should not expect financial incentives
