      - Strong culture - Lots of development opportunities - So many opportunities to expand your role - Get to work with great people - You get a front row seat to see lives being changed as people get to know Christ

      Cons

      - The demands are high, but excellence honors God and inspires people. - The hours are long, but we will do anything short of sin to reach people who don't know Christ. - The sacrifices are many, but it is an honor to sacrifice for Christ and His church.

      We get to spread hope to millions of people around the world, through Church Online with global volunteers, the YouVersion Bible app with over 1K languages, and 30 physical locations in 10 U.S. states (and counting). We get to use our specialized skills and passions and work with gifted, engaged, thoughtful colleagues every day. The personal and professional development opportunities are rich. It's all about the crucial mission, the encouraging and challenging culture, the cutting edge of leveraging technology for the kingdom, and the fascinating people.

      Cons

      You can get paid more elsewhere, but that's because we're trying to make the very best use of our resources, and we're willing to give up good things for better things. The location might not be the most beautiful, but see above (cost of living is lower than places with more topography).
