Pros

Working at LC is not a job it’s a calling! LC has some of the best leadership on the planet and they invest in every employees leadership. It is a great workplace environment where everyone feels valued and absolute trust is extended. The annual review process is based on goals you set and there is frequent communication with your team leaders on those goals so you always know where you stand. The benefits package is second to none and LC really takes care of their people. No matter what your gifts and talents or personality you get to see lives changed every day and your work has an eternal implication.

Cons

Working at LC can be very fast-paced and challenging at times. The mission is so critical and growth is not optional, it’s expected. Expect a high-level of feedback and to be asked to lead through situations you’ve never led through. You can expect to fail and learn from those failures in a fast paced kingdom focused environment.

Pros

The level of leadership is 2nd to none. Everyone that has spent more than a week here would say the same thing. The benefits are absolutely amazing and the flexibility is awesome. I'm currently working from home watching my son as I write this because my wife had a Dr. appointment. You truly feel like family no matter what team you are on. The direction we are heading as an organization has never been seen in the Church before. We seem big but we are just getting started!!

Cons

The level of execution is high. You can't join and hope to do only what is in your "job title" to succeed. If you aren't constantly developing and growing you will get left behind. I would say this is less of a con and more of a heads up. If you aren't willing to work harder than you ever have for less money than the world would say you "deserve", this isn't the place for you. However, the mission will always be bigger than the commission. I plan on retiring here unless God has other plans.

Pros

When the mission of an organization is VERY clear, it makes it easy to see how your talents can be used to push the mission forward. There is a strong focus on development. When the leader gets better, everyone gets better, and we are all leaders. We celebrate the lives that our changed, which is the greatest inspiration to keep pressing on. Our staff culture is built on trust and feedback.

Cons

There aren't enough hours in the day to reach all that we want to reach.
