      It's an incredible place to work! The mission is so easy to stand behind. The culture is clear and consistent.

      Pros

      I've never been a part of an organization that values the growth and development of their team members as much as Life.Church. The longer I'm here, the more I trust that the leaders have my best interests at heart. The pour time, energy, and numerous financial resources into team members to help them grow. This is also seen in their very generous benefits package. I've not seen as generous of a matching program for 401K. They make it hard on you to not invest properly for retirement!

      Cons

      Because our leaders have such a heart for personal development with every team member, Life.Church has a culture of high feedback. This can take some time to adjust for new team members, but the longer you are here, the more you value it!

      - Strong culture - Lots of development opportunities - So many opportunities to expand your role - Get to work with great people - You get a front row seat to see lives being changed as people get to know Christ

      Cons

      - The demands are high, but excellence honors God and inspires people. - The hours are long, but we will do anything short of sin to reach people who don't know Christ. - The sacrifices are many, but it is an honor to sacrifice for Christ and His church.
