      Pros

      I could not imagine a more healthy work environment. I love the leaders of this Church and I LOVE coming to work every single day. I could not imagine my life anywhere else or my time better spent.

      Cons

      Work-family life can be a hard balance if you're not intentional. You work hard, and you want to work hard because it's such a wonderful place! But, the work/family life balance is the most hard to keep up with if you're not intentional about boundaries.

      Pros

      Vision and mission are incredibly clear. The overall boundaries are very clear. A TON of trust is given once you are in your position. You are expected you know what you're doing in your role, all while consistently being given feedback on what is working and what isn't working.

      Cons

      Ability to speak into processes and systems doesn't happen right away. There's no clear way to give input up the chain ( but they're working on this)

      Pros

      Learning opportunities include personal awareness profiles with ongoing support environments and "continuing education" curriculum, book discussions and self-paced video teaching.

      Cons

      While leadership at highest levels sets out excellent values and goals, individual team leaders may not have enough work experience or 'life exposure' to helm such a rapidly-growing staff. Skewing toward a younger workforce certainly keeps energy fresh and current, but seems to sacrifice workplace maturity and life experience mentoring models.
